Hot Dog Roast at The Montane Warming Hut

On Saturday January 2, the Fernie Trails and Ski Touring Club will be hosting an informal gathering at the new Montane warming hut. Hot dogs will start being roasted at noon and we will run to 4:00ish. Come one come all! Everybody is welcome! X-country ski up or snowshoe and bring the Kids! We will provide the world Famous Nathans Stadium Dogs and all the fixings and gallons of hot chocolate and it is rumored we may even have some delicious homemade cookies, all free of charge!. Pack up the kids n come on up and enjoy the afternoon. BTW did I mention you have to cook your own hot dogs! We will have all the wiener sticks and a big open fire. Hope we see you there!Montane cabin

Another day, another cabin!

The Fernie Trails and Ski Touring Club has constructed another cabin! This cabin is a warming hut for all user groups and is located on the Montane Trail system. The hut will be open this winter for your enjoyment.
