Tunnel Creek Cabin Progress

Tunnel Creek’s main cabin structure came together quickly with a good work crew and the experience from the prototype outhouse. Robin Siggers suggests that Ian Stokie is on to something, a light portable cabin design that can be patented. Stokie is confident that it will stand up to a Fernie snow pack and this should be a great test year with La Nina on our doorstep.

If it looks light it’s because it has to be, this cabin will be flown into the new cabin site at Tunnel Creek.

The cabin is designed to sleep a party of four comfortably and should be in place for this season!
